Terms of Service
This applies to all commissioned work ordered from Kinurubi.
General Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.I specialize in furry artwork, including SFW and NSFW. You must be at least 18 years or older to buy art from me.I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. It is not meant to be taken personally.Prices are subject to change based on demand or complexity.I retain the rights to my artwork and may use it for portfolios, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment and Pricing
All payments must be made upfront via PayPal (or another agreed-upon payment method).Prices are listed in USD and may vary based on complexity, background, and additional characters.No refunds once I have started the commission. Refunds may be given if work has not yet begun.
Commission Process & Turnaround
Work is done on a first-come, first-served basis unless a rush order is agreed upon for an additional fee.Estimated turnaround time varies but generally ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. I will keep you updated on progress.Sketch approval is required before proceeding to lineart and coloring.After sketch approval, no significant changes can be made anymore, like to the pose and subject.Please be respectful and patient. Rude or aggressive behavior may result in cancellation with no refund.
Rights and Usage
When uploading anywhere, credit Kinurubi as the artist.The commissioned artwork is free for personal use (icons, banners, printing for personal display, etc.).You may not alter, resell, or claim my work as your own.AI training, NFT minting, and blockchain use of my artwork are strictly prohibited.You may not use the commissioned artwork for monetary or popularity gain (for example: raffles to get more followers / giving it away when selling your own product / using it for your own shop/business visuals).If you want to use artwork for monetary or popularity gains, please discuss before ordering and we can work out a commercial agreement!
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.If the client cancels after work has started, only a partial refund may be given based on hours spent.Chargebacks without discussion will result in a blacklist from future commissions.
